AUSTRALIA: Minimum order of $100 for all Australian orders. $15 flat rate, allow 3-8 working days for delivery.
REST OF WORLD: Minimum order of $100. $35 flat rate for 3-8 days tracked service. If you would like express service 1-3 days please email email@example.com to discuss rates.
Marle offers track and trace delivery throughout New Zealand and Australia using Post Haste, PBT, New Zealand Post, Fed Ex or TNT. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon collection of goods. We will endeavour to send out your order the same day the order is placed otherwise it will be the following business day. Please note that orders will not be sent on weekends or public holidays, your order will be sent the next business day. All orders require a signature upon delivery, please ensure there is someone to sign for goods. Please note we do not post to PO Box address's. We are unable to re-route orders once they have been sent.
Delivery timeframes are just an indication and Marle will not be held accountable for longer delivery times. Cancellations will not be accepted due to a delivery being late.
A copy of your receipt will be provided via email and a hard copy will also be provided upon receiving your order. It is important to hold onto a copy of your receipt should you wish to return or exchange your purchase.
In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit, Marle will replace or refund the item, once the investigation is completed. However, if the order can be tracked and traced to have arrived at its final destination, Marle is not liable for the order.
