Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, all purchases are considered final. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.

Refund

To initiate a return please submit your request through our online returns portal. You will need your order number and email address to begin the process.

All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from your refund where a prepaid return label has been provided. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be refunded via the original payment method used (AfterPay or credit card via Shopify Payments). Original shipping costs will not be included in the refund. You will receive an email confirming the refund and it can take up to 2 working days to appear back into your account. 

Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please submit your return through our online returns portal. Once your item has been received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will process your exchange and dispatch your replacement item. 

New Zealand customers: Return shipping for exchanges is on us. We will provide a return shipping label and cover the cost of sending your replacement item.

Australian and international customers: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for exchange. Once your return has been received and processed, we will cover the shipping cost of sending your replacement item.

Sale Items

SALE ITEMS cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. If you are unhappy with your sale purchase, you may exchange or return for store credit. 

FINAL SALE is eligible for size exchange only. If your desired size is unavailable, the item is not eligible for return.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

We take all possible lengths to ensure the best quality of our products. Unfortunately in some cases faults can occur due to human error and also working with natural products. Should you receive a faulty product please contact Marle as soon as possible and return the faulty product, we will then either replace it with another item or if that is not possible we will offer an online store credit or full refund. Shipping costs will also be refunded.
