We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our first retail space in Newmarket, opening early September 2026.
The successful applicant will oversee the day-to-day operation of The Salon, leading the team, delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring the store reflects the values and standards of Marle.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the retail team
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Oversee daily store operations and presentation
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
- Manage rostering, inventory and operational administration

- Previous retail management experience
- A warm, thoughtful approach to customer service
- Strong leadership and organisational skills

Store Associate
We are seeking Store Associates to help create a welcoming experience for every customer who visits The Salon.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you will provide thoughtful service, share product knowledge and help maintain the presentation and day-to-day operation of the store.
