RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not completely happy with your new purchase you are able to return it within 7 days from receiving your order, all purchases become final after this time frame. The product must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags still attached. Marle must be notified in advance of the return via email. You will be credited using Shopify Payments or AfterPay depending on how you paid, which can take up to 2 working days.
Sale items (including Black Friday and Boxing Day) or pieces from our Seasons Past collection cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. If you are unhappy with your sale purchase, you may exchange or return for store credit.
For all return/exchange requests, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please provide us with your order number and a brief reason for return/exchange. All items need to be returned within 7 days of receiving your order and all return costs are the responsibility of the customer. For all exchanges we will happily deliver the new item to you at our cost provided we have received your returned order.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
We take all possible lengths to ensure the best quality of our products. Unfortunately in some cases faults can occur due to human error and also working with natural products. Should you receive a faulty product please contact Marle as soon as possible and return the faulty product, we will then either replace it with another item or if that is not possible we will offer an online store credit or full refund. Shipping costs will also be refunded.
